1st – choose any item on the menu as secret ingredient
2nd – decide whether you would like the item prepared as a appetizer (for 12.99) or an entrée( for 22.99)
3rd – call in and make reservations for dinner only (beyond 5pm) Sunday through Thursday.  Please inform the host that it is specifically for the iron chef coupon.
What to do when you arrive:
Let your server know about the coupon (please have coupon for the server) and wait for the chef to arrive.  Let the chef know the secret ingredient and whether it will be as an appetizer or an entrée.  

Please allow time to dine as these items are made to order and take a great deal of time and effort to prepare. There will only be 2 reservations accepted each evening for this offer. Cannot be combined with any other offer and expires July 1st 2008.
